At this time in history on the earth plane we are being guided to ‘do the work’ to lift our frequency in readiness for the New Earth.

I was guided by my Lyran star team to use this healing journey to help as many people as possible at this time.

Many of us have been ‘doing the work’ for a long time!

We’ve been working on personal development, spiritual development, ascension stuff, karmic stuff, chakra stuff, past lives etc.

All this is really good to do. Here’s what I’ve noticed though….working on ourselves is important, but it’s not just about us. A lot of the stuff we unconsciously carry has been passed down through the bloodlines of our family and will continue to be passed down if we don’t do something to stop it.

A lot of dark, low frequency stuff is still with us in some way, shape or form from violence, conflict and wars over the centuries.
